As we aim to achieve the best results possible for our patients, our approach is conservative – making sure non-operative options have been exhausted – and when necessary, offering a surgical plan specific to the patient needs, and not more.
Ethics
Our practice treats one patient at a time, and our sole concern is what is in the best interest of our patients. Our surgeons perform one surgery at a time and do not use multiple operating rooms. Although some of our surgeons work with Orthopaedic Residents and Fellows, they perform the surgery and are responsible for all aspects of your care. They will be in the OR from the moment you fall asleep until you wake up.
No Conflict of Interest
As surgeons in private practices, our doctors are not subject to any corporate or departmental quotas, pressure to refer patients to any specific affiliated entity for imaging, physical therapy, or any other care-related issue, or any supposed “gainsharing” relationships. They are not under pressure to do many cases and generate RVUs. They are independent practices not owned by any hospital corporation, insurance entity or private equity.
